Having received a disappointing 4D scan from another provider in the past, this particular lady was at first a little apprehensive about coming to the First Encounters clinic; family issues and a difficult pregnancy added to her pre-scan stress, meaning that our staff had to take extra care to deliver a pleasant and memorable experience.
